Chiemgau Coaster
The Chiemgau Coaster in Ruhpolding is one of the top excursion destinations in Chiemgau, directly at the entrance to the village opposite the ARAL filling station. Accessible from the town center 5 min. on foot, by car to our parking lot at the toboggan run or by village line to our bus stop. The route of the 1100 m long summer toboggan run is impressive, as it crosses a hiking trail and then leads through two action-packed roundabouts at a breathtaking height of over 7 meters above the ground. At up to 40 km/h, the summer tobogganers drive into the valley on the colorful sleds, after they have previously been transported relaxed to the mountain station with the automatic lifter system.
