All our rooms are non-smoking; bedding suitable for allergy sufferers and an extra bed for toddlers (up to 3 years old) are available upon request.
Dogs are permitted by prior arrangement for €10 per day, though they are unfortunately not allowed in the breakfast room.

Room prices:

Prices are per room per day, including local city tax.

Tourist tax:

The tourist tax is currently 2.90 € per adult and day, for children 1.70 € per day.

Payment:

With us you can pay as follows: cash, EC cards, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfers before departure or directly online when booking.

Arrival: Our rooms are available from 12:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive later than 20:00, please let us know.

Departure: On the day of departure, the room must be vacated from 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation: Reservations (also verbally) are considered binding if confirmed by us. In case of no-show or cancellation, the general terms and conditions for the hotel accommodation contract apply.

Up to 5 days before arrival – free of charge

Up to 3 days before arrival – 20% of the total price

In case of no-show – 80% of the total price

Of course, you also have the option of taking out travel cancellation insurance. Different cancellation conditions apply to group bookings.
