Spacious suite for 2–8 guests (starting at 38 m²) – perfect for group trips, family gatherings, or a special holiday in the Chiemgau Alps.

The suite offers plenty of space to relax and features two double beds, two single beds, two bathrooms, a separate WC, and two sofas. Amenities include a private bathroom with shower/WC, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and a comfortable seating area, all styled in a cozy Bavarian country-house look.

Quiet, sunny location by the Traunbach stream in Ruhpolding, just a 15-minute walk from the town center.

A generous breakfast buffet featuring regional and seasonal products is included daily.

All our rooms are non-smoking; allergy-friendly bedding and extra beds for toddlers (up to 3 years old) are available upon request.
Dogs are permitted by prior arrangement for €10 per day, though they are unfortunately not allowed in the dining area during breakfast.

Travel information

Room prices:

Prices are per room per day, including local city tax.

Tourist tax:

The tourist tax is currently 2.90 € per adult and day, for children 1.70 € per day.

Payment:

With us you can pay as follows: cash, EC cards, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfers before departure or directly online when booking.

Arrival: Our rooms are available from 12:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive later than 20:00, please let us know.

Departure: On the day of departure, the room must be vacated from 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation: Reservations (also verbally) are considered binding if confirmed by us. In case of no-show or cancellation, the general terms and conditions for the hotel accommodation contract apply.

Up to 5 days before arrival – free of charge

Up to 3 days before arrival – 20% of the total price

In case of no-show – 80% of the total price

Of course, you also have the option of taking out travel cancellation insurance. Different cancellation conditions apply to group bookings.
